My Vantel Pearls Story
Short Version: I finally went to a party, and it was beyond explanation. The RUSH of EXCITEMENT was better than a roller coaster, an excellent chick flick, and compares with children opening gifts on Christmas morning! I was immediately hooked and here I am J
The Whole Story: I just went to this unique party at my sister in law's house. It was so different and fun. It was a Vantel Pearls in the Oyster party. I actually didn't go to one my cousin had a few weeks earlier (now I am kicking myself). The name was an automatic turn off for me as I don't wear much jewelry or have extra money to be spending on stuff like that! Anyway, I ended up at the party and WOW, nothing like I expected.
They had this bowl of oyster shells and the hostess gets to choose a free one for having a party. She let her 5 year old son choose it and then after it was opened for him he got to dig through the oyster and find her pearl. (The oysters are not alive, but have been soaking in an alcohol & water solution.) It was a 9 mm white pearl the biggest one of the entire evening. The demonstrator actually sized and appraised it on the spot! Then my sister in law got to pick either a ring or necklace FOR FREE to have the pearl mounted on. Well anyone who wants to choose a pearl gets to have a dive into the bowl of oyster shells. There are different color and size shells, freshwater and saltwater. I didn't realize the pearls come in so many colors like white, pink, cream, blue, or even rare black pearls can be in the oysters. The sizes range from 5 mm to 9 mm!!!! Well my daughters had to open oysters too, of course. Tori got the biggest dark blue silver pearl (actually considered black) of the night being an 8.5 mm and Kristen got an awesome color, almost purple (shade of black), and it was a 7mm in size. We ended up diving for 6 between us as it was so THRILLING to pick a shell, and dig around in the oyster to see what SURPRISE was waiting for you. My cousin chose one and it had twin blue’s!
I got 2 necklaces at that first party and even made a wish list for my booked party (yeah, I booked one for Sept., then called the lady and said I couldn't wait that long and moved it up to Aug., but still was excited so I crashed someone else’s party a few days later)! I didn't even know the hostess, but I rode with the demonstrator and tried to look like a helper :-)). It was so much fun watching others and their anticipation when diving for their oyster and then as they tried to find their pearl! I decided to sign up as a demonstrator! Why should I let everyone else have all the fun? She let me use my booked party to count as one of my 5 parties needed for being a demonstrator. Vantel Pearls actually has a wonderful rewards program for their hostess and demonstrators.
Mostly, I signed up for the fun, but with times being so tight, the extra money is a huge bonus! Imagine having fun while you “work”. I have tried to do it my whole life, but most people I know have lost their “JOY” at their job. And, after taking a money management course through church our family has been trying to work our way out of debt. With the help of Vantel Pearls, I will be able to add to our income, pay off debt, earn great trips and free jewelry and all while having fun!!! I forgot to mention I can do it at my own pace and when I choose! That’s one of the perks of being your own boss! So many things are possible, the sky is the limit!

UPDATE FOR AUG, SEPT, AND OCT: I am loving my new business. The income so far has been great as I get paid twice per month and the first 2 months I earned just over $600 for about 6 parties each month! I am on track to earn $1,000 in October as I have added a couple of bookings and given myself a RAISE IN PAY!
