We are a small family farm located in Culpeper, VA. Both Mike & Kelly grew up on farms and thus could not think of a better place to raise our three children. Although we have raised animals all of our lives, Rocky Top became our official name in the year 2000.
At the present time, Rocky Top Farm is home to Suffolk sheep, Dorper and Katahdin hair sheep, Angus beef, Papillon & Australian Shepherd dogs, and market hogs. In the past, we have raised chinchillas and various breeds of goats, poultry, and rabbits. We host an agricultural based summer day camp for youth ages 6-14 and have enjoyed doing so for the past several years.
We have lamb, pork, and beef that have been raised using sustainable methods available for sale throughout the year. We choose to practice this way to conserve natural resources, save energy, reduce the need for pesticides and fertilizers, and foster a healthier environment, more competitive farm and safe foodstuffs. Please contact us if you want to purchase farm fresh wholesome meat for your family and support our environmentally friendly methods.

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION:
If you are interested in adopting an Australian Shepherd or Papillon from Rocky Top please tell us about yourself and what you are looking for in your email. To be considered as an adoptive family, complete an adoption form and email it to us. We are glad to answer specific questions about our breeds, but it is always refreshing to hear from folks who have done their research and learned a bit about the breed & type of animal they are looking for!
Be sure and click on the links to the left of the page for more info about our different animals! Each animal type has it's own page and that page has a link to any animals available for adoption.
